The images below show three solution examples. The first uses DRIVE, Google Sheets, and Google Looker Studio (or Tableau Online) to serve results as compelling and fully interactive dashboards and visualizations. On-premise Alteryx Trifacta is used for data preparation. The user uploads data and starts transformation jobs, etc. This pipeline can be resource-intensive.
The second example includes, with the mentioned tools, Google Colab, to perform Machine Learning with the Python programming language. This data pipeline is also quite resource-intensive.
Have you ever thought about automating your entire data pipeline? The image below shows an example of a fully automatic end-to-end solution implemented in the Google Cloud Platform. To prepare the data, Google Cloud Dataprep is used for data reshaping, blending, and other critical tasks. In a previous post, I discussed how this architecture was deployed to answer business questions of an O&G company in Argentina (for a detailed description of this particular design pattern, read this post).
Likewise, results were served as easy-to-digest compelling dashboards and visualizations that allow the user to extract critical insight with just a few clicks. Tableau Online can be used instead of Google Looker Studio.
